We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All spice tier boxes are prepared and shipped within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your box is ready.

Shipping is free on every order delivered within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, your box will be assembled within 3-5 business days.
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. You should expect your box to arrive within 4-9 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays and events outside our control may affect delivery. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by that carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Review our Refund and Return Policy for eligibility and next steps.
